The actor is currently enjoying some leisure time in his beloved Lake Como over in Italy.

Just yesterday, George was spotted sailing with a group of guys.

So where was his marriage-minded girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis?

Sorry, girls...she's over there with him, too.

Although his ladylove wasn't along for the boating excursion, he took her to a romantic dinner à deux at Restaurant Il Gatto Nero on Wednesday.

If he's not going to make all his female fans happy by reverting to his perennial bachelor status anytime soon, can't he at least lose the shirt while the paps are snapping away?
