The cuties are attending the invitation-only Jay-Z and Coldplay NYE concert at the brand new Cosmopolitan resort
And while Joe will spend Christmas with his brothers, they won't be joining Joe on his Vegas jaunt.
"Joe is really growing into his own," says a Jonas source, "He loves his brothers, but wants to have some time with Ashley alone and just party."
Cheers to that! We don't know about the JoBro fans, but personally, we love seeing this new, more fun version of Joe.
He just turned 21 this year and landed a hot girlfriend, so what better place to ring in 2011 with her than Sin City?
But it's not all fun and games for this twosome.
Ashley is hosting an Eclipse DVD release tonight in NYC, where she'll sign copies of the movie for the first 200 fans.
And after their Vegas blowout on NYE, Joe is headed back to L.A. to work on his solo album.
