Lizzie McGuire is all grown up and getting hitched!

E! News has confirmed that Hilary Duff will walk down the aisle with her hockey-playing fiancé Mike Comrie this month—but not on the 14th as some outlets have reported.

The August nuptials are "imminent," according to a source, who describes the event as a "quiet affair" being orchestrated by wedding planner to the stars  Mindy Weiss (former clients include Gwen Stefani, Jessica Simpson and Adam Sandler).

So how has the couple been prepping for their big day?

The Disney starlet and her man, who plays for the Edmonton Oilers, have been taking private lessons with instructor Lisa Goodman to prep for their first dance.

And Hil's been hard at work on her buff bride routine with the help of celeb trainer Harley Pasternak, (who also works with Jessica Simpson), in addition to taking Pilates classes in Studio City.

Hilary and Mike got engaged in February during in a trip to Hawaii, when he popped the question with a $1 million dollar engagement ring—making us think that this upcoming "quiet affair" won't necessarily translate to "inexpensive."
