It's Paris Hilton, who hosted the grand opening of Carnival at Bowlmor Lanes in the Big Apple.

Boyfriend Doug Reinhardt was also by her side for the fair-themed soiree.

Paris really liked that monkey. She posted multiple pics of the primate on her Twitter, including a shot of her bottle-feeding it.
