To ring in 2009, Miley Cyrus is planning her own kind of high school musical.

E! News has exclusively learned that the tween queen has booked a New Year's concert at an unlikely venue: inside the gymnasium of Beckman High School in Irvine, Calif.

Back in the summer, MTV held a contest for high school students to win a live, Cyrus-headlined concert on New Year's Eve.

The winner, E! News has learned, is Alison Kaprielian, a senior whose tireless work for the Pink Ribbon Club for breast-cancer awareness has won her school the experience of a lifetime.

Fresh back from a Christmas break with family in her hometown of Nashville, Cyrus and pal Mandy Jiroux spent most of Tuesday with Kaprielian.

"Miley and Mandy surprised the girl at her house today," says an MTV source. "It was very cute."

Beckman student Allie Sanchez, a member of the dance team that will be performing onstage with Cyrus, tells E! News, "We are all so excited! We have been practicing all day."

While Beckman High is hosting the bash, it's not just students of the school who will be attendance.

On MTV.com free tickets were won by "true fans of Miley Cyrus," who will gather in the bleachers for the cable net's New Year's Eve broadcast, starting at 8 p.m. ET.

There is one catch: All audience members must wear pink—and that will go for males and females alike.
