No one can accuse Barron Hilton of failing to uphold the family name.

Paris' 18-year-old brother is cooling his heels in jail after getting busted on misdemeanor suspicion of driving under the influence.

The arrest took place in Malibu at 8:04 a.m. Tuesday, when the third of Rick and Kathy Hilton's four spawn was pulled over on Pacific Coast Highway by a Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy.

Barron Hilton was hauled off to the Lost Hills Station, where he was checked in at 8:35 a.m. Per his booking sheet, he weighed a lean 143 pounds and measured six-one.

According to Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore, Hilton also blew a 0.14 percent blood-alcohol reading, almost double the state limit of 0.08—and that's for drivers over 21 years of age.

Per the official incident report, deputies responded to a call placed by another driver, who spotted the teen's black Mercedes "weaving on the roadway and at times driving on the wrong side of the road."

The concerned tipster followed Hilton until he pulled over at a gas station and got out of the car. At that point, the unnamed witness made Hilton sit on a nearby bus bench while authorities arrived at the scene.

Deputies then conducted a field-sobriety test, which Hilton flubbed. A Breathalyzer was administered once Hilton arrived at the station. That's when deputies discovered Hilton was packing a fake ID.

He is currently being held on $5,000 bail, apparently because his family has yet to be formally informed of his incarcerated state.

"I haven't been contacted yet by either my son or the police," father Rick Hilton said in a statement. "If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say—but it will be to my son, not the media."

An unidentified female passenger was with Hilton at the time of his arrest. She was reportedly behind the wheel prior to Hilton's alleged motoring mishap, and was possibly involved in a collision before his arrest. The California Highway Patrol is investigating her possible involvement in a crash, but further details were not immediately available.

Hilton's big sis Paris, meanwhile, set the bar when she pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving last year and subsequently logged three weeks behind bars after violating her probation in case.
