It took a little longer than 10 days, but Kate Hudson has officially lost her guy.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge signed off on Hudson and Chris Robinson's divorce papers Thursday, officially ending the couple's marriage of almost six years. (View the court documents.)

Robinson, 40, filed for divorce in November 2006, three months after the couple announced their separation, citing irreconcilable differences.

Both Hudson, 28, and the Black Crowes frontman sought shared custody of their three-year-old son, Ryder, and neither requested spousal support. The details of their custody arrangement and property division were not disclosed.

The twosome tied the knot in Aspen on New Year's Eve 2000 after dating for about a year.
Since splitting from Robinson, Hudson has been romantically linked to Owen Wilson and, more recently, Dax Shepard.

However, she has said that she and Robinson have maintained an amicable relationship for the sake of their son.

"For both Chris and me, our main focus is, and was, Ryder. And happy parents, happy baby," she recently told Harper's Bazaar. "Therefore, I love Chris to pieces."

Both halves of the ex-couple have been staying busy with their professional lives.

Hudson will next be seen starring opposite Matthew McConaughey in the comedy Fool's Gold, slated for release in February.

Meanwhile, Robinson is at work on a new Black Crowes album, due out in spring 2008, according to the band's official Website.
