Wynonna Judd knows exactly where she's going—straight to divorce court.

The country music star filed for divorce Tuesday from estranged husband Dan Roach, less than a week after he was indicted in Tennessee on three charges of aggravated sexual battery against a minor under the age of 13.

"I am obviously devastated," Judd, who with mother Naomi made up one of country's biggest-selling acts, the Judds, said in a posting on her Website.

"Our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully—by the grace of God—become stronger. We will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation."

Judd filed her divorce petition from her hubby of more than three years in Williamson County Chancery Court, citing irreconcilable differences that make the couple "unable to live together successfully as husband and wife" as the reason for the split. The couple have no children of their own, but Judd has two—Elijah, 12, and Grace, 10—from her first marriage to Arch Kelley III.

Roach checked into the Shades of Hope treatment center in Buffalo Gap, Texas, Feb. 21 to undergo treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, three days after he and Judd originally separated, according to court documents.

But while the "I Saw the Light" singer appears to have tried standing by her man as long as possible, every woman has her limit. Roach will be heading home soon—and not because he missed the Grand Ole Opry. The 49-year-old former roadie is currently in jail in Abilene, Texas, while authorities plan his trip back to Nashville, where he'll be formally served with the sex crimes indictment.

"The indictment is the result of an investigation by the Metro Police Department's sex crimes unit that began in late February of this year," police spokesman Don Aaron told the Tennessean newspaper. Sexual battery entails inappropriate touching and fondling, but not penetration, he said.

Although Roach has also been charged with being a fugitive from justice since he was picked up out of state, that charge will be dropped once the suspect is returned to Tennessee, Aaron said.

According to the Abilene Reporter-News, Roach is being held in Taylor County Jail and bail has been set at $750,000.

Before tying the knot with the Judd on Nov. 22, 2003, Roach served as the five-time Grammy winner's bodyguard for 10 years, also eventually pulling duty as her road manager.

Judd's biggest hits as a solo artist include her 1992 self-titled debut, which went quintuple platinum, 1993's Tell Me Why and 1996's Revelations. The Kentucky native, who cohosted the fourth season of USA's Nashville Star last year, is also the half sister of Ashley Judd.

There must be something in the water. Judd filed her petition in the same court as fellow country chanteuse Sara Evans, whose messy split last October from her hubby of 13 years, Craig Schelske, was followed by dual accusations of adultery and allegations that Schelske kept porn on his home computer and solicited sex via online ads.
