MTV16 and Pregnant—and busted.
E! News has confirmed that Aubrey Wolters, yet another teen from MTV's seemingly endless stable of troublemaking reality moms, was arrested in Arizona last year after she was allegedly caught shoplifting makeup from a Walmart and carrying pills with no prescription, cops confirm to E! News.
And that wasn't even the worst part.
The Prescott, Ariz., native had her infant son, Austin, with her the whole time.
Wolters was also with an unnamed pal when she was nabbed taking $29.66 worth of cosmetics from the store. She had been shopping with a pal when an employee spied her picking up eyeliners and brushes, but not placing them in her cart. Her pal them put the items in her purse.
After police arrived, Aubrey declined to have a parent present and her purse was searched.
Topping off her theft troubles, she was illicitly packing Ritalin and Oxycontin, per the cops.
Aubrey had told cops the Oxycontin was her grandmothers and that the Ritalin was her husbands. While being questioned, her husband, Brandon Akerill, showed cops a valid prescription for the drug and said he had no idea why Aubrey had the pills on her.
Wolters was charged with shoplifting along with possession of a prescription drug without a prescription and possession of a dangerous drug.
She was also ordered to stay away from Walmart for a period of one year.
Wolters, 17 at the time of the arrest, was immediately taken to juvenile detention. Her baby daddy had to be called to pick up Aubrey.
The case was closed on June 14, 2010, after Aubrey completed her court appointed drug diversion program.
On 16 and Pregnant, the troubled Wolters and Akerill were married in a courthouse wedding, but called it quits 14 months later, getting a legal separation because a divorce was too expensive for the couple. The split caused the teen mom to act out and explode in anger in front of her baby.
Poor kid.
