Heading out on a ski vacation to Colorado soon? Have a little left over in your travel budget for some rather upscale room and board?

Well, if you've got an extra $18.25 million to spare, an Emmy-winning comedian is selling his 12-bedroom mansion on 26 acres in the exclusive resort city of Telluride.

Trust us, this house is not much ado about nothing, so why is the family man selling?

Maybe Jerry Seinfeld and wife Jessica just wanted a house to flip.

The 14,200-square-foot residence and guest house (maybe that's where the marriage ref stays!) were completely remodeled in 2009, according to Denver's ABC 7 News.

Manicured trails crisscross the landscaped and wooded grounds, which boast rolling lawns, a creek, a hot tub and expansive outdoor living areas, including a 5,500-foot deck, with views of snow-capped Sunshine Peak and Wilson Peak in the distance.

Inside there are four fireplaces, an intercom system, gobs of storage space and a top-of-the-line kitchen.

The gated estate is located in a subdivision of Turkey Creek Mesa called Raspberry Patch and has its own private road.

And one more thing: The Seinfelds are offering the home fully furnished, so if you pee on their couch...it's yours.
