Which Fierce Rock-and-Reality-TV Stars Are Selling Their Massive Mansion?

Located in a moneyed L.A. suburb just a hop, skip and a jump from the Kardashians, the 2.25-acre spread is on the market for almost $13 million

America's got listings, that's for sure.

With a spread in Malibu already on the market, a certain member of the heavy-metal elite and his wife of 29 years have gone and listed their 2.25-acre property in the fancy-pants L.A. suburb of Hidden Hills, a gated community whose residents have included Lisa Marie Presley, Matt LeBlanc, Melissa Etheridge and our very own Kardashian clan.

But the moneyed enclave will be short a couple of boldfaced names once this palatial 11,000-square-foot home changes hands—unless it passes right into equally famous hands. And since the six-bedroom, 10-bathroom behemoth is on the market for $12.999 million, that could very well happen.

So whose empty nest has prompted mum and dad to downsize?

It's Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne who will be talking a blue streak somewhere else.

The Prince of Darkness and his reality-TV queen purchased the house in 2007 for almost $12.4 million, selling the Beverly Hills home where most of their hit MTV show The Osbournes was shot to Christina Aguilera. (The recently divorced diva put the house up for sale earlier this year.)

Recently featured in Architectural Digest, the Cape Cod-style Hidden Hills house boasts a state-of-the-art kitchen with walk-in pantry and breakfast nook, a family room with vaulted ceilings and massive barn-style sliding door (it is an equestrian community, after all), a cozy study with a fireplace, a guest apartment with a kitchenette, two pools, a BBQ island, an outdoor shower and rolling lawns.

Sounds nice, if you're into that kind of awesome thing.

The interiors were designed by Million Dollar Decorators' Martyn Lawrence-Bullard, who also dolled up Sharon and Ozzy's new West Hollywood condo—which, in turn, was featured on the Bravo series' premiere. The parents of three also have a home in England, but Sharon needs to stay local when she's shooting America's Got Talent.
