Where Are Taylor Momsen's Parents, Anyway?

Fishnets. Thigh-highs. Spike heels. Not much else. That's Momsen's typical wardrobe. And oh: She's 17

Have Taylor Momsen's parents said anything about her behavior? How can someone so young be that out of line without any consequences?

Indeed, the 17-year-old likes to dress in clothes that were, apparently, scraped off the bathroom floor at Jumbo's Clown Room.

Here's what I can tell you about why:

According to at least one source, Momsen's mom, Colette, doesn't really have a problem with her 17-year-old's jailbait wardrobe. In fact, Colette has been in attendance during Taylor's concerts, where the teen tends to wear her raciest stuff.

From an interview Momsen did with Grazia:

"My style's not for everyone—I'm an extremist. But my mom loves fashion, so she gets it. My dad is the one who introduced me to rock 'n' roll, playing me The Beatles and The Who. They know that sex and rock 'n' roll go together—you can't have one without the other."

Not that Momsen and her parents are close. Not exactly. In a January interview with Revolver, Momsen lashed out at her parents for pushing her into showbiz too early. She later had to apologize to her folks.
