UPDATE: Taking his impromptu speaking tour to Piers Morgan Tonight, Sheen called Warner Bros.' move to pay the crew for four episodes "a start."

"I'm not stopping 'til they give them eight," he said. "Then I'm going to work on my cast, then I'm going to finish with me."

The Two and a Half Men crew doesn't have to beg Charlie Sheen for their jobs back just yet.

Warner Bros. says it will pay the sitcom's staffers their full salaries—amounting to about $2 million overall—for the four weeks they would have been working to finish off the season if the show hadn't been shut down in light of its star's specialness.

Well, maybe that will dilute the frustration a bit...

About 100 people who had been working on TV's most-watched comedy found themselves with some unexpected free time last week after Warner Bros. and CBS decided to pull the plug on Two and a Half Men's eighth season rather than put up with Sheen's rehab-fueled campaign of self-congratulation.

Sheen has already threatened to sue to get paid for the eight episodes that were nixed this season.

"Come Wednesday morning, they're gonna rename it Charlie Bros., not Warner Bros. Duh. Winning," the stated this morning on Today after already hitting up Good Morning America to peddle the one drug he's still on.

"It's called 'Charlie Sheen!' " he said, giving the thumbs-up.

Though Today and GMA probably consider him to be the biggest "get" right about now, The Early Show on CBS didn't mind passing on this one.
