Kelsey Grammer is one step closer to trading in one missus for another.

Attorneys for the erstwhile Frasier star and his estranged wife Camille told a Los Angeles judge that the two sides have reached an agreement which would allow for an expedited divorce, but Her Honor can't grant the divorce until they sign the settlement, which should be a done deal on Thursday.

Judge Maureen Nelson said in a hearing today that she'll make the divorce decree official once signed copies of financial documents are filed with the court. That should happen in the next day or two.

"It's been trailed until Thursday," Camille's attorney, Neal Hersh, tells E! News.

The good news is if all goes according to plan, Kelsey will be able to move forward with his end-of-the-month wedding with current fiancé Kayte Walsh.

On a separate note, a rep for Camille tells E! that reports that Grammer's soon-to-be former missus is not joining The Real Housewives of New York City after playing the villain for much of the run of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills whose debut season wraps up Tuesday night.
