Jenelle Evans has a plan.

The tempestuous Teen Mom 2 star, who let her mother assume custody of her baby boy, Jace, exclusively tells E! News that she definitely wants to regain her parental rights as soon as she can.

A few things stand in her way, of course...

"I do plan on regaining back custody...as soon as I move out and establish myself," she added, acknowledging that she still lives under mom Barbara's roof and does not have much of an income.

Though she and her mother had engaged in some televised screaming matches, Jenelle did ultimately sign over custody of Jace without a fight.

Jenelle says she changed her mind about custody not long after realizing there was no way she could afford a family lawyer, especially considering she also needs counsel since being charged for misdemeanor marijuana possession and breaking-and-entering.

She did, however, sign up for community college classes, so perhaps she's finally serious about establishing herself.
