Brooke Mueller returned to a sober-living house more than a month ago, but Radar Online reported today that  Mueller had completed treatment and left the facility. That would be great news if it were, in fact, news.

However, E! News has learned that this is not the case.

Mueller's attorney, Yale Galanter, commented on the erroneous report, telling us that "Brooke was in a non-residential program," and that she was never spending the night at a sober living facility.

"Brooke's program doesn't end, but she can travel, work, sleep at home and spend time with her kids," Galanter said, "She can go to classes at the facility whenever she wants but she is doing remarkably well." Mueller is working on a new cable reality series with Paris Hilton and turned up at the Television Critics Association meetings in Pasadena this week to plug the Oxygen project.

Galanter adds that the soon-to-be reality star "looks great, feels great, and is doing great."

After setting the record straight on Mueller, Galanter also commented on Brooke's almost ex-husband Charlie Sheen, whom he also represents. Sheen has been in the news for some recent partying in Vegas which was further highlighted when the CBS president expressed a "high level of concern" over the actor's behavior.

"Charlie always honors all of his contractual obligations," said Galanter, "and made it on time to set every day of shooting this week."

Apparently all that partying didn't set him too far back.

"He's a single guy," Galanter says of Sheen's Vegas antics, "Charlie is one of the best actors on the planet and always gets the job done and does it well."
