Lindsay Lohan is smacking down various tabloid reports that are suggesting the fresh out of rehab starlet might vacate her new Venice, Calif. rental home because it just so happens to be located literally next door to her ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson's place.
Whoops!
When quizzed by E! News about whether she had any intention of moving, Lohan replied with an emphatic "No," and then laughed off the question.
No word what her former gal pal thinks about that.
The trouble-prone actress meanwhile is taking advantage of her freedom and newfound sobriety—that is, unless reports that she used drugs or alcohol while in treatment turn out to be true.
Which, according to Lohan's attorney, they most certainly will not.
"It was never suggested by anyone that she ever drank or used drugs" while at Betty Ford and her "discharge letter from the facility is totally consistent with that," Shawn Chapman Holley said in a statement Wednesday. "
Lohan spent the better part of the morning once again working out at her West Hollywood Equinox gym, a sober-living routine she intends to continue daily as she did during her three-month stay at the Rancho Mirage-based Betty Ford clinic. She's also concentrating on her many business ventures and other opportunities.
