Some guys have all the luck.

Armie Hammer, who suited up as both Winklevoss twins in The Social Network, has been cast as J. Edgar Hoover's protégé and rumored love interest in Clint Eastwood's upcoming biopic, J. Edgar, starring Leonardo DiCaprio as the hard-charging FBI boss, E! News confirmed Wednesday.

And yes, there will be some kissing.

Hammer, 24, plays Clyde Tolson, who was associate director of the FBI under Hoover—and is now buried near him in the Congressional Cemetery in Washington, D.C.

Tolson died in 1975, three years after Hoover, whose ambiguous sexuality remains a subject of conversation to this day, 75 years after he became the founding director of the FBI.

And for everyone who's more interested in Hoover's life behind the desk than his life between the sheets, we hear that J. Edgar isn't going to be riddled with guy-on-guy action.

"There is just smooching, no bedroom scenes," a source says.
