The actor who laid his head (and hat, and, um, whip) at this Chelsea loft for the past eight years has put the luxe pad on the market for a cool $16 million.

Why? Well, when he purchased the pad back in 2002 (for just $6.25 million, incidentally…how's that for a profit?) he was a newly estranged hubby. Cut to today when he's a newly-married family man. But no less a box office pull.

So, whose home is this?

It's Harrison Ford's!

The 68-year-old Morning Glory star, thanks to the addition of Calista Flockhart and Liam, has apparently outgrown his 5,500-square-foot apartment, which boasts 11 rooms, an airy open-plan floor, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and a state of the art kitchen. Not to mention that view.

Also included in the price tag is a library, a home office, a home gym and laundry room with heated radiant hardwood floors, built-ins, and paneling throughout. Still not tempted?

The loft also comes with a 2,330-square-foot private roof terrace that boasts its own wet bar along with views of Manhattan and the Hudson River. The dream house also comes complete with its own private elevator.

Just in time for the holidays—perfect for the person who has everything. Especially if "everything" includes $16 million.
