What's a guy to do when he gets separated from the lovely Courteney Cox?
If you're David Arquette, you party the pain away! And that's just what he did this week.
Last Sunday, he attended the Lakers game and Ron Artest's birthday wearing Lakers colors head to toe, a purple Afro wig and gold teeth.
And that was just him warming up...
On Wednesday, he toasted to himself.
He was honored as one of GQ's Men of the Year and celebrated at their bash at Chateau Marmont, where Page Six reports he climbed through a window to make a beeline for the bar.
Hey, sometimes you really need a drink, right?
Just last night, David was still going strong in party mode at Us Weekly's Hot Hollywood Stars Who Care fete. He was snapped dirty dancing with a brunette and later tried to grind on a reporter, who politely declined.
According to a source, he shut the place down. "He was so drunk," the source tells me.
Hopefully, he was on his best behavior Friday night, when he and Courteney were expected at the Omnipeace party.

The honors go to two people who refuse to go away: Tiger Woods' mistress Joslyn James and former tabloid reporter and Jon Gosselin flame Kate Major. Despite the fact that their 15 minutes of fame have long expired, the sorry twosome is throwing themselves a joint birthday bash at the House of Blues on Tuesday, and they actually got Red Bull to sponsor.
As for who's expected, they're touting Tila Tequila, Michael Lohan and David Arquette's fling Jasmine Waltz.
