Kidman has put her swanky, starchitect-designed West Village condo on the (renters) market, no doubt looking to recoup some of the reported $8 million she paid for the pad back in 2003.
The 43-year-old's spread, housed in a Perry Street building designed by Richard Meier, measures up at 3,785 square feet spread across two floors, and has three bedrooms, not to mention custom-fitted closets befitting a style icon, a double vanity and three-and-a-half bathrooms. But that's not the cool part.
The cool part is that she has a steam room, an egg-shaped tub (itself in a marble and walnut bathroom) and a living room that stretches the entire length of the apartment.
Sure, the verdict's still out on whether Kidman and Urban ever really called it home (it was put in her sister Antonia Hawley's name), but does it really matter?
In any case, better act fast!
As for the starry couple, they won't exactly go homeless. In addition to places in Nashville and Sydney, just a few months ago, the couple purchased a $10 million duplex in West Chelsea. Sky garage included, of course.
