Stop us if you've heard this one before: the brain boxes at Brown University are thinking with something a bit lower down and have spent the better part of the week circulating a topless photo of famous coed Emma Watson.

Sadly for little Hermione, this isn't the first time she's fallen prey to some decidedly non-PG-rated snaps, though the last time, at least, they turned out to be fakes.

This time around, the photo in question supposedly features the Harry Potter star standing next to a hot tub with a towel wrapped around her waist. And that's it. But is it really her? Stand your magic wands at attention. This rumor is…

So false!

While it's true that there is another photo circulating the campus purporting to be the 20-year-old sans clothing, Watson's rep has come out denial guns blazing, unequivocally stating that it is not Emma in the original snap (though there's no denying that it's her head, albeit Photoshopped—and not all that seamlessly—onto a different body).

"There have been a number of nude fakes over the past two months," her rep said. "Emma has seen them and finds them tiresome. People should know better."

In particular, Emma's fellow students. This sort of thing would never happen at Harvard. Or Hogwarts.
