Taylor Swift isn't just opening up to her diary anymore. Now she's sharing with E!

Swift says "Speak Now" is inspired by a friend's experience with a childhood sweetheart who, just as she thought they were getting back together, told her he was engaged to someone else.
"You know, 'speak now or forever hold your peace,'" she explains. The song will be available on iTunes starting Tuesday.
