It's not just inept wannabe models that tick off André Leon Talley. We can now add superstar rappers to the list.

The America's Next Top Model judge and right-hand man to Anna Wintour attended the the Incubator show at Capitale in New York last night, where he threw a major hissy from his front-row perch when Foxy Brown (who may do time for allegedly violating an order of protection) got too close for comfort.

Talley was already annoyed that the show kicked off late—not unusual in the world of fashion, but he obviously wasn't happy waiting.

"Fashion starts on time! On! Time!" he said, waving his hands from his seat near the well-behaved designer Diane von Furstenberg, who earlier navigated the crowd dressed very downtown in a pair of skintight pants.

The show kicked off with runway models wearing YFC by Yellow Fever by Jamison Ernest and followed with a performance by Brown that had the audience getting down. But when the diminutive diva spotted Talley up front, she danced over, gave him a special shout out over 50 Cent's "Candy Shop" and got too close for his comfort. Talley moved his hand across his throat, signaling to her to cut it out.

But Brown did get plenty of love from other attendees, including Friday Night Lights' Scott Porter, U.K. band Eddie the Gun and Dylan McDermott.

Getting some action before the show was Russell Simmons, who was spotted backstage swapping spit with one of the models.

Over at Us Weekly's 2010 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers party at Lavo, Katie Couric, who made the magazine's list, told photographers on the red carpet to "make me look skinny!"

When asked where she got her fashion sense, the Peppy One replied that she was "shocked" she made the list and that her kids style her, giving her a once-over before she leaves the house.

Inside the bash, Olivia Munn and Jessica Lowndes chatted with New York nightlife honchos Richie Akiva and Scott Sartiano and had a "short-off," with Munn removing her shoes in the middle of the party to see if she was shorter than Lowndes.

Also there were Mary J. Blige, Kristin Chenoweth, Olivia Palermo, Alexis Bledel and indie rockers Vampire Weekend

Uptown at the Tory Burch bash backstage at Lincoln Center, DJ Cassidy announced the designer's arrival like she was a rock star.

"She really raised her celebrity this week," said one guest. "The models love her, they were all cheering for her, the party had about 2,000 people there. It was huge, they closed off the entire backstage and the theater for her."

Seems the models loved her so much, they caused a little problem for their agency IMG, which was throwing their own party across the street and couldn't get them to leave Burch's and come over.

Meanwhile, unlike Talley, one usually subdued actress enjoyed a rap extravaganza in the Bronx.

The typically buttoned-up Gwyneth Paltrow, who's known for her GOOP-powered healthy lifestyle, was spotted earlier this week dancing and partying and knocking back shots with Jeremy Piven at the Jay-Z and Eminem concert at Yankee Stadium, where her husband, Chris Martin, also performed.

Bottom's up, Gwynnie.
