Reality bites for a couple of TV singeltons.

Two former beauties from ABC's The Bachelor got into a car wreck Saturday night after a reunion party in Hollywood following the taping of a Bachelorette "Men Tell All" episode that ended with one in the hospital.

E! News has confirmed that Bachelor babes Cristina Costa and Tiffany Sandles, both of whom appeared on season three, were giving two guys a lift back to a parking garage so they could retrieve a cars. Costa made a U-turn to enter the garage, lost control and slammed into a lamp post.

The pole fell onto the car, causing the air bags to deploy, breaking Costa's arm and bloodying her nose. (Contrary to some reports, her honker wasn't broken.)

The pharmaceuticals rep from Hermosa Beach was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she underwent an operation to have her arm bones reset and two plates and some pins inserted. She is still in the hospital recovering but in good spirts, according to a source close to Costa.

While police conducted DUI tests, no charges were filed, the source said. Results from a blood test performed on Costa at the hospital are pending; however, our insider says since she was the designated driver and only had one glass of champagne early in the evening and then water the rest of the night.

Reps for Warner Bros. Television and ABC have not returned phone calls seeking comment.

The Bachelorette "Men Tell All" ep airs next Monday.
