Nostalgia reigned at the 37th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards (aka, the unofficial Dancing With the Stars reunion show).

Though The Bold & the Beautiful was named Outstanding Drama for the second year in a row, all eyes were on As the World Turns, which signed off this year after more than half a century on TV and radio, and on über-producer Dick Clark, whose American Bandstand was the subject of a star-studded tribute.

And Bandstand was probably the only thing not feted by Cirque du Soleil, which had a strong presence tonight thanks to the ceremony's Las Vegas locale.

"Believe me, if I live to be 300, I could never fill your shoes," Ryan Seacrest told his 80-year-old mentor while presiding over the musical tribute, which featured Marie Osmond, Chubby Checker, Tony Orlando and other big '60s-'70s names. Cher, Simon Cowell and Garth Brooks showed up in the video "thank you" montage.

Otherwise, with Ellen DeGeneres not in the house to see her show (not American Idol, the other one) named Outstanding Talk Show Host, Entertainment, yet again, so there wasn't as much multigenerational appeal as usual.

Minus the boldly beautiful soap stars, like Outstanding Younger Actor winner Drew Tyler Bell of...The Bold and the Beautiful.

And with Ellen having taken herself out of the running this year, Oprah Winfrey protegée Dr. Mehmet Oz swooped in (not in person, however) to win for Outstanding Talk Show Host.

The Doctors was named Outstanding Talk Show, Informative.

As the World Turns was honored with a tribute montage, as well as lead acting wins for stars Michael Park and Maura West.

"I can't think of a better way to say goodbye to a 13-year run on a 53-year-old show," Park said.
