TwitterLindsay Lohan has a beef with Bravo.
The actress took to her Twitter account and unleashed a torrent of invective against the cable net and producers of a reality show she appears in, accusing them of purposefully presenting a skewed portrait of her as a total flake for allegedly being 8 hours late to a photo shoot.
The episode, titled "Is Lindsay Here Yet?," airs tonight on Bravo's Double Exposure, a new series chronicling several high-profile fashion and celebrity photographers, including Lohan's rumored love interest Indrani.
The segment shows the photo shoot's organizers being kept waiting. . .and waiting. . .and waiting by Lohan for a 10 a.m. session that took place last September. But that portrayal couldn't be farther from the truth, says the troubled thesp, who appeared on the show apparently as a favor.
"This couldn't be more UNTRUE," tweeted Lohan. "Sucks when 'friends' use you {in this case for ratings) even if they're lyin."
The erstwhile Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen continued her rant.
"As for Bravo and their false representation of me on their new show; I was given the wrong call time-now I know on purpose. . .it was a set up," she added. "I don't appreciate being used for press, and I'm sure others would agree!"
A publicist for the show was unavailable for comment.
Meanwhile, a rep for Lohan's 6126 leggings line tells E! News that reports the troubled starlet plans to pose naked for a shoot for her new handbags are "totally false."
"LA Mag started it with fake quotes and we had an email from the man quoted saying that he never spoke to press," said the rep. "LA Mag has since taken them down but a couple other sites had already picked them up."
