Lindsay Lohan: In the Clear...Until Monday Morning?

Legally challenged starlet makes bail, must be in court first thing next week

After all the drama about stolen passports and inconvenient volcanos, something is finally going Lindsay Lohan's way.

So does that mean it's time to party?

(Unlike, say, this time and this time and...)

The good news is that the warrant for Lindsay's arrest has been revoked, E! News has learned. And as long as LiLo gets back to Los Angeles by Monday morning, she should be in good shape with the court.

A clerk in Judge Marsha Revel's courtroom tells E! that Lohan has been bonded in and is due to appear in court on Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. Judge Revel's courtroom is dark next week but Lohan will appear in front of another judge in her absence.

Of course, that's still a big if. But it's a whole lot better than this ruining the fun that's still to be had in Cannes through the weekend.

Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has yet not returned our request for comment.
