Clearly surprised by all the attention—it usually only occurs on this level when he's with his wife, Gwen Stefani, and/or their kids—the singer remained polite and gracious as he fielded questions about Courtney.
"Man, it's old news," said Gavin. "No comment. I put a comment on my website, just to clarify it. You know, just to kind of chill it out."
Obviously "chill" and "out" are not in the paps' vocabulary.
