No one really wants to say it yet, but it looks like divorce is close around the bend for Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller.

Her attorney, Yale Galanter, may have claimed earlier this week that such a drastic measure has not "been contemplated," but the Two and a Half Men star's actions tell an entirely different tale.

Sheen has hired family law attorney Mark Gross, a rep for the lawyer confirms to E! News.

While Gross declined to comment on his client further, the partner at Brot & Gross was once a member of the Divorce Magazine advisory board.

Mueller reportedly has lawyered up as well, hiring Lori Howe at Trope and Trope, which practices family law exclusively.

Of course, Galanter has issued a "no comment" regarding Howe.

He also tells E! News that he has not yet reviewed the alleged Sheen prenuptial agreement posted on Gawker.com and therefore cannot comment on its accuracy.

We're not sure how the cookie will crumble, but hopefully for Charlie, it will work out better than his previous marriage to the mother of his two girls, Denise Richards.
