Tori Spelling's home sweet Hollywood needs another crib.

The actress and hubby Dean McDermott welcomed their second child together, daughter Stella Doreen McDermott, today in Los Angeles, E! News confirms.

The baby was delivered via C-section at 3:13 p.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, weighing in at 6 pounds, 8 ounces and measuring 19 and 3/4 inches long. Spelling and McDermott were spotted checking in earlier this afternoon.

A source tells E! the couple picked Doreen to honor McDermott's late mother, while "they just like the name Stella."

The camera-friendly family of four also includes 15-month-old Liam Aaron McDermott.

Stella's arrival came just in time for the June 17 premiere of the third season of mom and dad's Oxygen reality series, which was newly named Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood after the couple gave up the Fallbrook, Calif., bed-and-breakfast that set the stage for Tori & Dean: Inn Love.

Spelling has assured that her extended family (i.e. mom Candy) will not be appearing, but her recent baby bump will be making many prominent appearances, just as her first one did when Liam was gearing up for his debut during the show's first season.

At least it saved the expectant parents the trouble of hauling their own camcorder around, right?

Spelling, who's also author of the memoir sTORI Telling and designer of her own HSN jewelry line, will return to where it all began this fall, when she guest stars on the CW's Beverly Hills 90210 revamp, the simply named 90210.
