When word of Nicollette Sheridan's lawsuit against Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry broke yesterday, plenty of people chalked it up to sour grapes.
Discovery should be interesting as allegations like the following emerge:
"He has a crazy temper and is often not logical," a source close to the show tells E! News. "He feels he doesn't have to answer to anyone."
Sheridan's $20 million wrongful termination suit alleges that the showrunner lashed out at her, humiliated her and even hit her.
Cherry himself will not be releasing a statement and refers instead to ABC's remarks: "While we have yet to see the actual complaint, we investigated similar claims made by Ms. Sheridan last year and found them to be without merit."
Sheridan's character was killed off the show in Feb. 2009.
