Things are looking up for Jeff Conaway. The Grease actor and Celebrity Rehab alum has returned home after a stay in a nursing facility after breaking his hip in a fall at home.

"Jeff is at home with Vikki [Lizzi, his girlfriend], continuing to work on getting stronger and weaning himself off the pain medicine," says manager Kathy Boole.

Earlier this year, things seemed downright dire, as Lizzi told E! News that Conaway was so throttled by addiction that "he wants to die at home."

During an interview in mid-March, Conaway tried to sound more upbeat, telling us he was trying to cut back on pain medication in the wake of his injury—although admitting to being under the influence of both OxyContin and methadone at the time.
