Charlie Sheen is cleaned up and ready for his close-up.

Production will resume next week on Two and a Half Men after it shut down for three weeks to accommodate the star's stint in rehab.

"He will be on set on Tuesday," Sheen's publicist Stan Rosenfield tells E! News.

The show has been on hiatus since Sheen, 44, began his treatment on Feb. 23 for what Rosenfield described as a "preventative measure."

Before heading back to work, however, Sheen will first appear in an Aspen courtroom on Monday for arraignment on charges stemming from his Christmas Day fight with wife Brooke Mueller. Rosenfield confirms Sheen will be there.

Following the incident, Sheen's 32-year-old missus spent a brief spell in a private rehab clinic herself last month. When Sheen checked himself in, she returned home with her rehab counselors to tend to the couple's twins, Max and Bob, who turn 1 next week.

The good news for the actor? Viewers shouldn't see an interruption in Two and a Half Men's TV schedule, and it appears that CBS won't be punishing Sheen for causing the shutdown.
