Finally, some good news for the Phillips family.

Two weeks after announcing she was entering rehab for anxiety, Chynna Phillips is back home.

"After successfully completing her in-patient treatment for anxiety, Chynna Phillips has happily returned home to celebrate her daughter's birthday with her family and close friends," her manager said.

Phillips checked into the undisclosed facility on Feb. 12, her 42nd birthday. She didn't specifically cite half-sister Mackenzie Phillips' disturbing family disclosure (that she was raped by their father, Mamas and Papas singer John Phillips) as the impetus for the decision to seek help, but Chynna had previously stated that Mackenzie's startling revelation had torn apart the family.

Chynna was released in time to celebrate the 10th birthday of Jamieson, the oldest of her three children with hubby Billy Baldwin.
