UPDATE: OK, so criminal masterminds may be overstating it.

Courtney Leigh Ames, a member of the burglary ring suspected of breaking into Paris Hilton's house, now faces two additional counts of receiving stolen property after wearing to court a necklace that Lindsay Lohan had previously reported stolen.

That's right, she wore the stolen necklace to court. Guilty or not, that kind of stupidity should be criminal.

________

All seven, will we watch them fall?

Bored teenager Rachel Lee, who up until now had only been arrested, questioned and released, was charged Wednesday with three counts of felony burglary and two counts of receiving stolen property in connection with break-ins at the homes of Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge.

Lee turned herself in today to the LAPD Hollywood Division and has since been released on $150,000 bail, according to police.

The 19-year-old, who along with Nicholas Prugo, 18, is accused of masterminding a string of burglaries targeting young 'n' pretty Hollywood, is the sixth person to face a burglary rap and the seventh person snared overall in the course of the investigation.

Prugo, who has requested a separate trial, told police that Lee would suggest which homes to hit up and then he would research the locations online.

"You're already here," Lee told a nervous Prugo when they went to Lohan's house, according to what he told the cops. "You might as well come inside and get something for yourself."

They had quite the Orlando Bloomin' business for a while, allegedly making off with millions of dollars' worth of jewelry, clothing and other luxury items, until Prugo was arrested in September.

He's due in court Jan. 21 for a pretrial hearing, along with codefendants Diana Tamayo, 19; Roy Lopez Jr., 27; and Courtney Lee Ames. Fellow alleged burglar Alexis Neiers is due to appear Jan. 26.

A seventh suspected felon, Jonathan Ajar, 27, has been charged with weapon and drug possession in connection with the case.

We doubt Rachel Lee's mug shot will make history the way some of these did.
