Truce, Shmuce! Jon Gosselin Gunning for Hailey Glassman Over Trashed Apartment

Jon Gosselin is going after ex-GF Hailey Glassman for allegedly trashing his New York City apartment

So much for that Jon Gosselin-Hailey Glassman heart-to-heart.

Scuttling any notion of a truce between the ex-Jon & Kate Plus 8 star and his former gal-pal, Gosselin's lawyer tells E! News that the reality dad is pressing ahead with a criminal complaint accusing Glassman of trashing his Manhattan apartment last month.

"All I can say is—what's that old saying?—'There's no wrath like a woman scorned,' " Heller says.

Close enough.

And what does Team Hailey have to say?

Stephanie Ovadia, Glassman's attorney who previously told us her client hoped for a face-to-face meeting with her ex, now admit that's extremely unlikely.

"We're just moving forward," Ovadia says.

Heller says that he and his client have "never met" with Glassman and her attorneys since the incdent and do not plan to do so.

Both Gosselin and Glassman have given statements to the NYPD, which continues to investigate but has yet to file charges.
