Gary Coleman is on the mend, a day after being stricken by a mystery ailment and rushed to a Los Angeles-area emergency room.

"He's out and doing much better," agent Robert Malcolm tells E! News. Malcolm said Coleman, 41, was vomiting and may have suffered a minor seizure, but was unsure of the cause.

In any case, the actor, who has had two kidney transplants, was discharged last night after undergoing a scheduled dialysis and other routine tests.

Now that he's out of the hospital, the erstwhile Diff'rent Strokester can focus on that penis problem.

Per his rep, the pint-size actor was in town to meet with producers of his latest movie, Midgets vs. Mascots, to express his displeasure that a shot of someone's member, presumably his, was being included and ask that it be cut from the film.

That meeting went ahead this morning and the filmmakers subsequently issued a statement saying they weren't backing down.

"The producers of the film have multiple contracts—signed by Gary—which give the filmmakers full rights and permissions to shoot any and all footage, including nudity, during the making of the film," read the statement. "Therefore, we have no plans to remove that particular scene from the film.  We met with Gary this morning and he is aware of our decision."
