The Hoff is taking off.

After four seasons on America's Got Talent, David Hasselhoff is leaving the judges' table, his rep confirms to E! News. "I am proud that I was part of making America's Got Talent, the No. 1 rated show for the past four summers," Hasselhoff said in a statement.

"It's been a rewarding experience and now I'm thrilled to be able to follow my dream to do my own TV show, which will be announced very shortly."

Details surrounding his newest venture are currently under wraps, but Hasselhoff's rep says all will be revealed very soon.

And don't expect NBC to hold a grudge. A rep for the hit reality competition tells us they fully support the departing star, stating, "David's been an integral part of the success of America's Got Talent, and we are sad to see him go. We wish him all the best with his new show."

Let the guessing games begin on who'll fill in the vacant seat.
