Kendra Gets a Double Dose of E!

Erstwhile Girl Next Door signs on for a second, 12-episode season of hit reality show; two specials will air in December

Like our Kendra Wilkinson was really going to let K-Fed swoop in and steal the reality airwaves.

As it is, the erstwhile Girl Next Door turned bikini-rockin' mom-to-be, along with new hubby Hank Baskett, has signed on to star in a second, 12-episode season of her guilty pleasure E! show Kendra.

And just in case you want even more Baskett bang for your buck, Kendra & Co. have got you covered: In addition to the new season, two specials will air this December, the same time her baby (boy?) is due and around the time when Kendra plans to move to New Jersey (look out, Housewives) in order to be closer to her Philadelphia Eagles hubby.

Guess she really was serious about hightailing it out of Hollywood.

Well, you can take the blonde out of California...and come early 2010, when production on the new season kicks off, we'll finally know whether you can take California out of the blonde. Though we kinda think we already know the answer to that one.
