Bret Michaels is lucky he has insurance.

A month after his Tony Awards run-in with a piece of scenery left the Poison frontman with a broken nose and bloody lip, Michaels now must deal with a nasty (though luckily injury-free) car wreck.

According to a statement on his website, after performing a solo show Saturday at Molson Amphitheater in Toronto, his bus (not, however, his Rock of Love Bus) began heading to St. Paul, Minn. "A car lost control and slid into the side of Mr. Michaels' tour bus causing a five-car pileup on the roadway. There was damage to all vehicles involved but no serious injuries reported."

The bandanna'd one and his crew were released following an investigation. He'll meet up with the rest of his Poison bandmates on Tuesday in Hartford, Conn.
