Looks like Charles Barkley is getting the Nicole Richie version of jail time.

Last month, the former baller was sentenced to 10 days behind bars in Arizona after pleading guilty to driving under the influence. The sentence, which is set to begin Saturday, would be cut in half should the Inside the NBA man complete an alcohol-education program. He was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.

Now, the Scottsdale prosecutor has recommended that Barkley only spend three days in the Tent City outdoor prison's pink pajamas, according to the Arizona Republic.

The Round Mound of Rebound was arrested around 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 31 after he was caught running a stop sign. While he refused a breathalyzer test, he made sure to tell the arresting officers the real reason for his rush—oral sex.
