"3 days out and feeling good!! Veins starting to pop out in places they've never popped before. Size is still there while the fat has come off. I'll be at the Olympia this year repping MRI for my 6th year in a row, and also shooting for bodybuilding.com's Body of Work Vol. 4. Completely naked. Completely exposed. I made it my goal to bring my best physique possible to this show, and with the help of my close friend @ryanworkman1, I think we've accomplished that goal. I'm looking forward to meeting you all there, and also sharing the photos with you all in the near future."

"So this is my starting point for 2017. I trained daily, but had a very relaxed diet from Thanksgiving through New Years. Now it's time to buckle down with more intense workouts, a stricter diet, and ab-specific cardio training sessions. I'm currently looking for a gym in LA to film my transformation for you guys, so if you know of any place, please let me know. Let's all make 2017 a WHOLE LOT better than 2016."

"I used to finish a set and go straight to my phone. I learned that the 'rest' of the exercise is just as important as the exercise itself. Stretch and flex, pose in the mirror, keep your mind on your muscle. I'm working to become something more every set of the workout. They say champions come in pairs of 2.. get a badass lifting partner and put the phone away (unless you're getting a picture)."
"On a happy high with this new NeuroPump! Every pre-workout hits me differently, and this one makes me enjoy my training. I don't mind the angry lifts I get from Black Powder Ultra, but I'm gonna stick with this one at least through the summer."
