It's hard to stay in shape. With busy lives and an ever-changing array of fad diets and workout routines, most of us struggle to find a regimen that works for us. Those days are over folks. A guiding light has been revealed. You can keep contending with overly elaborate exercise machines if you want to but, as far as we're concerned, prancing the pounds away is where it's at.
