It's no secret Mariah Carey loves to flaunt her super sexy body, whether she's on stage performing in skimpy outfits or out on the town in cleavage-baring gowns. But what's the singer's secret to maintaining her hot bod? The answer may surprise you.
"It's really hard. My diet, you would hate it," Carey told E! News recently while promoting the Dec. 4 premiere of her new E! docs-series Mariah's World. "All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That's it."

"I'm actually serious," she laughed, adding, "I try to stick with the proteins. It's the worst." But it works!
During our recent sit-down, Carey also opened up about her split from ex-fiancé James Packer.
When asked if it's hard to watch footage of herself trying on wedding dresses on Mariah's World, Carey answered, "No it's just, you know, all things in life it's just like you gotta see what's meant to be and if it's meant to be it's meant to be and if it's not then ultimately you just have to accept that and move on."
