The Clippers Spirit dance team puts in work, work, work!

L.A. Clippers Dance Squad stars Natalie Tenerelli, Blair Kim, Hannah Cormier, Candace Washington and Kellie Janeski exclusively shared with E! News their warm-up routines to get their bodies ready to flex on the court, their favorite dance songs to turn up and get down to and their signature moves, like Beyoncé-inspired hair flips. Because just like us, these elite NBA dancers can't enough of Queen Bey!

Favorite dance song?

"Here" by Alessia Cara and "Partition" by Beyoncé

Favorite warm-up?

"I pulled my groin in the beginning of the season, so I am always sure to stretch in every split before a game."

Favorite dance move?

"Anything involving technique"

"Everything has to be stretched before I hit the court. The only tension on game day should be between the Clippers and our opponents."

"Anything involving a hair flip!"

Favorite warm-up?

"My must-do warm-up before a game is a good jump squat series to warm up the body and afterward I will stretch. Cold muscles are the WORST and can cause injury if not warmed up properly."

Favorite dance move?

"My favorite dance move is hands down a good head delay! Heeeeeyyy! Gotta make that EYE CONTACT with the crowd!"
