Sorry, fellas! Khloe Kardashian is still taken.

While promoting her new show Kocktails With Khloe, which premieres Jan. 20, the reality star told E! News' Catt Sadler her relationship with NBA player James Harden is going strong.

"Yeah, we're good," she confirmed. "We are good!"

So, does this mean the 31-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is ready to have babies?

"I want a family, which means like husband, wife, kids," she explained. "It doesn't necessarily mean I have to birth the kids. I could have either a surrogate if I can't. I can adopt or say the man I married had kids. That's still my family. I don't think your children are only yours if you birthed them."

She added, "But do I want kids right now at this interview? I don't care to just have a child because I have so many!"

With five nieces and nephews, it is true that Auntie Koko already has a lot of little ones to spoil with love!

"Kanye said to me the other day, 'Oh, thank you so much for watching North for me today,'" Khloe said. "I don't think you know this is my kid, too. These are my babies, too.  And they say it takes a village to raise a child and that's really how we all are. We are so obsessed with each others' kids and all of that."

Check out the clip to find out who else Khloe calls her children!
