Don't mess with the momager when it comes to her kids...even if you're the President of the United States!
Kris Jenner took a moment on her new talk show, Kris, to address a diss from none other than President Barack Obama concerning Kim Kardashian and her beau Kanye West. It all started in the POTUS' Amazon Kindle interview, when he noted a change in how today's youth thinks.
"Kids weren't monitoring every day what Kim Kardashian was wearing or where Kanye West was going on vacation," Obama explained, "and thinking that somehow that was the mark of success."
"I wasn't aware that you could only set the bar so high and that we could only dream so big," Kris said sarcastically on her show. She agreed with the president that it's important to work hard, graduate from school and try to get a great job, but argued with his idea that getting a big house is a bad thing.
"I was thinking about her 10,000-square-foot house, and I thought, 'Wow, her job affords her to live in a 10,000-square-foot house'. And I think, if I'm not mistaken, Mr President's job affords him to live in a 55,000-square-foot house."
Kris' takedown didn't stop there, as she went on to defend the work ethic of new parents Kim and Kanye.
"Kanye West, first of all, doesn't go on vacation, ever," Kris continued. "And Kim Kardashian is the hardest-working young lady in the world. She never sleeps, she never stops, she never slows down and works so hard for what she's got."
Co-host Terrence Jenkins put in his two cents as well: "There are certainly different ways of looking at it," he said, "but when it comes down to it, everything they have is what they've worked for. They've built their empire from scratch...so I don't point a finger at anyone who's working hard."
Kris might just be right: When you add being a new mom to Kim's already huge list of responsibilities, she could be the hardest-working young lady in the world!
