For almost a year, we've heard Scott Disick tell us that his lifelong dream is to be a race car driver. So what would make him back out of racing school after just one day?

On Sunday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, we watched as Scott dropped out of racing school on the first day. When he called Kourtney Kardashian, he revealed the problem: He's been dealing with social anxiety his whole life.

In this bonus clip from the episode, Scott explains a bit more to his racing friend Chapman. "I don't know if my social anxiety is getting worse, being around people is getting worse...it's a f--ked up problem," Scott says. "Not just in racing, but in life in general."

Some wise words from Chapman seem to cheer Scott up and instill a competitive spirit, though. Within minutes, Scott is back to his old self. "Were you ever a motivational speaker?" he jokes. "You sound like the Pope."

Social anxiety disorder is no laughing matter itself, though, and a number of celebrities have reported problems with it. The disorder can take many forms, contributing to anything from eating disorders to fear of public places.

For Scott's sake, we hope he feels better soon; we would love to see him behind the wheel of a race car before the end of the season!
