As if dealing with the paparazzi wasn't bad enough, Kim Kardashian and her family found themselves fighting against a serious issue this week on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Things took an emotional turn on Sunday's episode as Kris Jenner and her daughters found themselves the target of libelous claims by the widow of the late Robert Kardashian Sr.

"I just want to stop it since Dad isn't here to protect himself," Kourtney Kardashian said as she, Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian Odom learned of the false accusations being leveled against Robert and Kris.

Upon learning that Robert Kardashian's widow was falsely accusing Kris of abusing her children, Kim decided to hire Jake, a private investigator, to learn more. Among other details, they found that the widow had been married multiple times before and had filed for bankruptcy twice, leading her to sell false stories about the family.

"It's really wrong what she's done," Kris Jenner said through her tears when discussing the situation. "I just can't."

But the sisters rallied behind their mother and, with a little help and a plan to serve legal papers that sounded like it came straight out of a movie, managed to press charges to defend both Kris and Robert's memory.

"She finally got served!" Kim said. We know Kim meant legal documents, but she kinda got "served" too!
